Settling in school

For a few weeks, as you sobbed when you reached school, you would ask the teachers for tissue. (A good thing the teachers could make it what you were trying to say amidst your sobs). Then you would dab your tears and you were fine soon after. Then you started sobbing in the car on the way to school and you asked for tissue so you held it in your hand as you went in. By the end of the week, you no longer needed tissue and you could finally wave goodbye to mummy and Jeh Jeh with a smile on your face! We were so proud of you! I found it so adorable whenever you repeated my advice to yourself that you do not have to cry because you can have fun in school with your teachers and friends, and that mummy cannot go in with you because only children are allowed, and that you will see mummy when I pick you up after school.
